Rent holiday Villa 036is in the perfect location for those wanting a peaceful summer break. The first thing you notice about this gated property is its lush green gardens and palm trees. It has covered off road parking and there is a fenced rear garden with side gate access. The owner has paid great attention in both looks and comfort to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The style of the property is simple but it gives a warm and homely feeling from the moment you enter.
The kitchen area complete with breakfast bar and 4 stools is equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and there is a window above the double sink which lets in the glorious sunshine.
The ground floor has a handy utility room with washing machine, broom and mop. There is also a large shower room with gold and brown mosaic tiles, vanity mirror and glass shelving for your toiletries.
Relax on the large comfortable leather settee, in the air-conditioned lounge, and rest your drinks on the wooden coffee table. Enjoy watching the flat screen TV. Decorative vases, mirrors and canvases add to the homely feel. Two sets of patio doors lead out to the beautiful garden and pool area.
The raised patio is the perfect place to spend your time lazing under the glorious sunshine with your cocktails or ice-cold beer. A glass table and 4 chairs are provided for al fresco dining and shade can be found under a wooden pergola. Have some family fun splashing around in the crystal clear pool or just relax on one of the 4 sunbeds. The large spacious patio is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens, which makes this property stand out from the rest. A BBQ, clay oven, sink and shower complete your outdoor facilities.
A stained glass window over the stairs allows the bright sunshine to flood the villa. Stairs complete with handrail lead to the 1st floor bedrooms, a double and a twin, and family bathroom. The bathroom with blue and white mosaic tiles has shower over bath, under sink storage and glass storage shelves.
Both the bedrooms have wooden effect floor tiles, a window with blinds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and each have a door leading to a shared balcony with slight sea views.
Ayia Thekla is named after a 1st century saint and is a beautiful quiet village that is becoming more popular year on year. There is a picturesque beach with a small island about a hundred yards offshore and calm shallow waters for the children to play in. The beach is mainly frequented only by locals, which means you can enjoy the space offered, but if you require a busier area, take a few minutes drive to Makronissos Beach. it is a magnificent place for people of all age groups. Whether you are a water sports fan or are simply seeking a nice, quiet place where you and your family can enjoy the sun, Makronissos Beach offers all the conveniences

We traveled with a baby and on request they even got us a high chair, which was very nice! We had trouble finding the place at first, but we reached someone quickly, and they helped us right away. We also used the grill, everything was good! We felt comfortable! Was a great stay and definitely recommended !!!

Excellent place to stay with family or friends, but you need a car with you there. Swimming pool and garden - top!!

Very clean house with enough space, older furniture but well maintained. Nice outdoor area with a large pool and enough seating and lounging areas. The car can be parked in the yard, other cars can park right in front of the street. Quiet area with easy access to the motorway.
Lovely villa, a little remote but with a hire car we had no problems and the “BOLT” taxi app worked well. The villa was spotlessly clean, although a little dated. The pool and garden were beautiful and very private with comfortable sun beds, a seating area and swing. Plenty of shaded areas too. Air con worked very well and the hosts were very responsive to messages. This was our first villa experience as a family of 4 with two teenagers) and would absolutely stay here again.
Lovely self-contained villa with it's own pool on the edge of Ayia Napa (actually Ayia Thekla). Very quiet area compared to the centre of Ayia Napa. That could be a problem if you wanted to walk to a restaurant or bar but there is a good bus service and there is a cycle lane all the way if you have a bike. We had a hire car so wasn't a problem for us and we really valued the peace and quiet after the busyness of Ayia Napa. The pool area is lovely with shaded spots, loungers and both a pizza oven and a barbeque. The only thing missing was a dishwasher!
Demby was excellent at communication, and quickly sorted out a few minor issues. The location of the house is a bit far out unless you have a car. There is very good WiFi and A/C. Demby is an excellent host but a few things need added…. Some more tools for the bbq & wood fired oven to start..!!

Great villa, well located. The furniture is old, but everything is very clean and tidy, it's nice! Excellent host and villa, I recommend it.
The villa is located in a very convenient location. 15-20 minutes drive from beaches, town, restaurants, bars and shops. Pre arrival all the informations were sent accordingly for an easy check in. The villa is very spacious has all the amenities required for your stay. It is clean and well kept. Demby was very lovely and a great communicator. We also had a direct point of contact in case we needed anything. The responses were very quick and I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. Me and my friends had an amazing time here!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa - our favourite feature was the garden. We would certainly book this again upon our return to Cyprus

A great private villa, top service, quiet location. Would recommend and stay again. Kitchen well equipped with 2 shower rooms plus garden shower. Parking, aircon, washing machine! Privacy in garden and ample seating/beds with mattresses. Lots of space, Wifi, books, games and BBQ. Pool water was always clear and pool tidy. Easy access to main resort and main highways nearest seafood restaurants were the best 'potamos' and the next one. Up track

The villa was exactly what we needed, although the living space is small, but it has a lovely garden, pool and has every thing a family would need to use, kitchenware, washing machine etc... beds can't be considered comfortable but they are ok, neighborhood is quiet. Excellent Staff support.
The place was immaculate and so modern, the garden was really big and set out beautifully. The pool was large and clean, the BBQ area that sat just behind the pool was integrated and there were four loungers (plenty of space for more) plus a lovely garden swing (not to mention 3 cats that seemed to come with the garden!!!). There was a patio area with a nice big table and comfortable chairs. We had a washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer and anything else you would need to make it a nice relaxing holiday. Inside was lovely and fresh, it was decorated in a really modern way and I loved how clean and minimalist it felt. There was a TV with plenty of channels, loads of board games and books. It was close to the sea though not so much of a beach you would swim in. The area itself is fairly quiet and slightly out of the way you would need a car if you were going. Nissi Beach for me was overcrowded and a bit of a let down for a far nicer, bigger and quieter beach try Ayia Thekala which is a five minute drive away.Thank you

This was a lovely villa, with a nice large outside area. The children loved the selection of DVDs whcih kept them quiet for a few hours. We enjoyed our stay.

The villa was lovely and in a great location, only about a 5 minute drive away from the resort of Ayia Napa. It was clean, tidy and well presented with a great selection of kitchen equipment and utensils. We had a great holiday!
