Enter into a spacious open plan living/dining area and be impressed with the stylish simplicity of the furnishings. The lounge area has a corner sofa complimented by quality blinds and cushions, and a coffee table. A flat screen TV sits on the TV unit, whilst two windows let the light flood into the property. The dining area consists of dining table with 8 chairs. Decorative vases and wall canvasses complete the property’s stylish look. Ayia Thekla is named after a 1st century saint and is a beautiful quiet village that is becoming more popular year on year. There is a picturesque beach with a small island about a hundred yards offshore and calm shallow waters for the children to play in. The beach is mainly frequented only by locals, which means you can enjoy the space offered, but if you require a busier area, take a few minutes drive to Makronissos Beach. it is a magnificent place for people of all age groups. There are thousands of villas in Cyprus, we spent ages looking for one with a fenced in pool due to little one. This one was shortlisted and turned out to be THE perfect Airbnb. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom, one bedroom downstairs with an ensuite. Seperate toilet downstairs too. The real highlight was the outside, fully fenced in garden, luxurious furniture and critically the pool (which was heated!) had a lockable gate in to it. Also 10 minute walk to perfect Agia Thekla beach. This place is amazing.
Villa for families or group of friends. The garden and pool area was magnificent. The villa itself was modern and clean. We had a lovely time. The only slight disadvantage is that its a bit far away good restaurants and larger shops, but you can take the bus or taxi.

The villa is just exceptional. It exactly matches the photos, the furniture is new and very beautiful. The villa is very clean, tidy and contains all the elements for a great stay. The pool is very large and the garden is simply amazing. There is a supermarket a 5 minute walk away and very close bus stations. Stephanie is always available to meet our requests and needs. She is truly very responsive and very kind. I highly recommend this villa for couples with children, everything is done to really enjoy the holidays as much as possible. The bedrooms are big, clean. The kitchen is very functional. The garden is very large and the pool even bigger than in the photos. The environment is very quiet and relaxing.
The house is perfect for a group of 8 people. Very close to the supermarket, beach, beach bars, restaurants etc. The place is well equipped and very clean. The pool is just magical! You can go around the island by car but you find beautiful places very close by like sea caves, hiking spots and even sandy beaches. If you are more into night life clubbing the house is located just a short drive away from Ayia Napa. Larnaca airport is also very close by. 10/10!! We loved it!!
We really enjoyed our time spent here. very nice and very clean. the furniture was like new and I felt as home. the pool has the option to be heated and we hadit - excellent. the garden is so nice and you have plenty of sunbeds and very comfortable charis and couch outside. the garden was enough for 3 kids to run and play. the beach nearby was great-few wild Beachand also a blue flag beach -nisaki(smaller than nissi but less crowded) we had a hire car and was very easy to reach any place(the highway is not far at all) very quiet. the TVs were all smart and we added our account for netflix/disney/sky/prime :) will definitely come back here.
Newly updated throughout, beautiful villa. Pool is stunning with a secure gate perfect t for taking young children. Outside seating is incredibly comfortable and plenty of it. Outside shower perfect for coming off the beach. Ac in each room. Really large open plan downstairs perfect when staying at a family. Area is very quiet and has a good amount of parking. Contact with the company was brilliant and contact was very quick. A lovely stay I don’t have anything negative to say.
Our stay at the villa was fantastic. The villa has been recently refinished so all the facilities were lovely and new. The swimming pool was a good size and depth, with more than enough sun beds for all eight of us. Demby was fantastic answering any queries I had straight away. I would definitely book this villa again as it’s in an excellent location with everything you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful time at Ayi Thekla. The house is recently renovated and its clear to see. The rooms, appliances and the huge swimming pool are completely what you would expect. There's a supermarket at walking distance and Ayi Napa is a 10m taxi ride away.
The villa was stunning! You can tell it was recently refurbished to a high standard and the outdoor area is perfect for groups or families. The property is also cool and air conditioned through out. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting!
Awesome spot, great location and very helpful hosts. We worked from there for the week - WiFi was strong and lots of spaces to work from (never felt like we were on top of each other). Perfect weather and great pool!
Wonderful place to be, lots of privacy, nice pool, lovely garden, nice bbq, nice that there is a table tennis table. Close to beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and Stephanie from the reservations is also very helpful and quick to respond.
location was amazing we found a lovely beach nearby with only a short walk to reach it, with a 10 min drive into the main Ayia Napa centre. amazing garden with a luxury pool. some things were broken on arrival but were fixed quickly by the hosts

We were very happy with this villa and particularly for the children, there was the added extras of the Playstation 2 and Table Tennis. A pefect place for our family looking for a relaxing break. And of course Oceanview's service was outstanding from beginnig to end.
The villa was in a good location with a nice garden and cute space around. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and the villa was presented very well. Overall very good and we would recommend both the villa and Oceanview.
