Protaras Holiday Villa 007 A luxurious property ideally situated for the holiday of your dream, being just a 10 min walk to Mimosa Beach. Located close to the center of Protaras and in a quiet cul-de-sac, this villa has off road parking and is bordered on two sides by small trees. The decor is modern and contemporary, open plan living, ideal for total relaxation. The owners have paid great attention in both look and comfort and no expense has been spared in creating this beautiful holiday home. The property has a wonderful mixture of furnishings and added decorations, which create a special sense of warmth.
When you enter this property, you will be thrilled with the amount of light that comes streaming through the many windows and patio doors. All of them have brightly coloured orange blinds, to keep the room cool through the heat of the day. Enter the air-conditioned lounge where there are 2 comfortable black leather sofas, a wooden coffee table and TV unit with flat screen TV . A round Greek style column separates the lounge and dining areas, and decorative canvasses and accessories, give the villa a homely feel.
The dining area consists of an extendable wood dining table with 6 cream leather chairs. The light wood and black granite topped work surfaces are complimented by the white electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The raised outdoor patio area is reached through doors leading from the dining and kitchen areas. The mosaic tiled pool sits in the middle of a pretty walled garden with white stone borders planted with colourful shrubs and palms. You get a real sense of seclusion and privacy from this area. Enjoy relaxing in this peaceful atmosphere on one of the sunbeds laid out around the pool, with a parasol, or make the most of eating al fresco, the meals you have cooked on the BBQ. A glass dining table and 6 chairs are provided
Back in the villa, a ground floor shower wet room, with w/c, separate mirror and a vanity mirror, is provided. For all those other necessities an understairs storage cupboard is a useful amenity.
Stairs with hand rail pass under a large frosted window, which allows light yet maintains privacy. A mirror is located at the top of stairs. The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin and a family bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over bath, w/c, mirror, storage cupboard for all your toiletries and a frosted window.
The first double bedroom has a luxurious black leather bed, dark wooden bedside cabinet, lamp and fitted wardrobes.
The second double room has lighter wooden bed and bedside cabinet with lamp and fitted wardrobes. The bonus of this room is that it has patio doors leading out to a shared balcony, overlooking the pool.
The twin room has the same light wood furniture with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and lamp. It also shares the balcony over looking the pool.
Situated on the Protaras road approximately a mile east of Ayia Napa, Konnos Bay is a Blue Flag beach with breathtaking views, water sports and nature trails that take from 30 minutes to 3 hours, which are well worth doing for the fantastic coastal scenery along the way.

Had such a nice stay and the host were lovely. Really enjoyed our holiday!
It's actually a great house. Unfortunately there is no storage space in the bathrooms and the grill is not always fully functional. But otherwise it's a really nice house in a quiet location. The air conditioning works perfectly. We had a very nice time.
We are very happy with our stay which met our expectations.
Det har været fantastisk ferie i meget flot villa, i meget rolig omgivelser. Meget hjælpsom og søde vært. Kommunikeret med værten via Vrbo appen og fået svaret næsten med det samme. Jeg skrev til værten under opholdet at internettet ikke virket, han kom i løbet af fem minutter. Villa ligger tæt på Aya Napa cirka 6km. Man skal leje bil hvis man vil udleje villaen, der kører ikke busser fra Larnaca til Konnos. Der er forskellige strande man kan gå til eller køre til. Der er lidle og mange lokale supermarkeder i området. Det har været lidt forvirrende og finde frem til villa da vi brugt kun adressen og det kunne google maps ikke nå frem til. Vi brugt koordinater nummer og vi nået præcis til adressen. Villaen er nøjagtigt som på billedet.
Good host, clean villa with plenty of space
The villa was spacious for 5 people, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes by car from the beach of Konnos. Nearby there was a small supermarket for the necessary supplies and 2 restaurants that we really liked.
Clean, modern and comfortable.Excellent facilities and customer service.
Once again had a very good holiday. All staff we saw were helpful when needed and always polite.
