On September 15, the first stone for the construction of a modern planetarium was solemnly laid. The luxury planetarium in Cyprus will be completed by 2020, it will become the largest planetarium in the entire eastern Mediterranean. The official name of the project is T & O Cyprus Planetarium and Gallery Center. Its distinctive feature will be the bright blue spherical dome, which is already manufactured abroad. From the inside, the dome, using digital technology, will recreate the projection of the starry sky, and visitors at any time will be able to observe constellations and various celestial bodies.
