This modern built super holiday home offers the privacy and comforts of a luxury home environment with impressive resort-style amenities, set in a private securely gated 2000 square metre landscaped plot. Located in Cape Greko in between Protaras and Ayia Napa, the holiday home offers panoramic sea views of Cape Greko and less than a 10 minute walk to the best beach on the island Konnos Bay (check out the pictures)

Rent Private Villa 011 is a 3-story super home with Outdoor projector Cinema Room with BOSE lifestyle Surround Sound, 15 x 8m Luxury walk-in overflow infinity pool which is one of the biggest private swimming pools in Cyprus. Modern poolside lounges create a perfect environment to completely unwind, relax and cool down, while listening to your favourite songs from the pool side speakers, controlled by Sonos so just Bluetooth connect your phone or iPad for your personal music library of Spotify

When you are ready for bed, you will find five bedrooms spread over three floors with under floor Central Heating throughout and full AC. All bedrooms have full UK and international TV streaming channels inc Netflix and each bedroom can watch whatever they want unlike other villas you all have to watch the same. All rooms feature Sonos music system as well as Alexa controlled Spotify music library.

On the entry floor you will find an impressive open plan living and kitchen area. The front aspect is glass with sliding doors to maximize the views, leading to the beautiful outside and pool area. In the kitchen you will find everything you desire. The kitchen is fitted with professional Miele applies including, steam build-in cooker, coffee machine, top of the range Liebherr fridge freezer with 48 bottle wine storage and breakfast bar. The living area with 6m high ceilings is complete with comfortable lounging area, enjoy the 74 inch LED 3D TV with Sonos surround sound, full UK TV streaming channels (sky sports, BBC, ITV Netflix etc). Russian and other European channels are all available.

On the ground floor you will find the two exclusively designed double bedrooms with aircon and ceiling fans, en-suite shower rooms and 40 inch TV's full UK TV streaming channels (sky sports, BBC, ITV Netflix etc).

Moving up to the first floor, you will find two further luxury bedrooms. Both bedrooms have aircon and ceiling fans, en-suite shower rooms and 40 inch TV's with streaming channels. Both bedrooms look over the magnificent pool area with stunning views over Cape Greko and the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.

Moving down to the lower ground floor, there is a further family bedroom with one double bed, with aircon and ceiling fan, en-suite shower room, 40 inch TV with full sky channels. The bedroom also benefits from a door with stairs that lead to the pool area. This lower ground suite is perfect for those wanting a little more privacy.

We rented the property for a special holiday with our daughter, son their spouses and kids. A three year old and two infants aged 11 and 9 months. So a diverse group of nine people. The property is fabulous and provided the accommodation and space for all our needs. If we wanted to be together or hang out separately there were plenty of spaces inside and out. The facilities and ambiance provided a relaxing experience even for two teething infants. The hosts are amazing and supported us throughout our visit even providing a baby walker that was a great hit with the two little guys. They also provided helpful advice on local restaurants and things to do. I was privileged to meet the whole family who are lovely and Stephanie the local manager was always available. My whole family had a wonderful holiday at this property and didn’t want to return home.

Top modern and topically furnished villa. Super care by Ocean View Team! The walk of 10 minutes to the beautiful beach of Konnosbeach was no problem for us. Top price performance! Immediately again!

Luxury house, amazing views, very private, lots to do, well maintained. The Service: Our experience was just as expected. The villa was clean, well-maintained and well-presented. Our host was pleasant upon arrival, giving us a brief tour of the villa before leaving us to explore the rest ourselves. A few necessities were left for us to make it through the first evening. The Property: We were bewildered by the lavish nature of the place. The living area was huge, kitted out with a sorcerous TV that could magic up nearly any programme or movie one could wish for. The ceiling even played host to an incredibly powerful Sonos system that went on to provided much of the weeks entertainment. The outside area is flawless, containing a BBQ area, sumptuous swimming pool, table tennis table, pool table, table football, multiple sitting areas and, to top it all off, a Jacuzzi. The bedrooms, of which there are 5, were all spacious with individual effective A/C. All of which had huge walk-in showers. Things To Do: If you're planning to laze around for a week then this is the perfect place to do so. We went to the waterpark in Ayia Napa one day, a personal highlight of the trip.

10 of us stayed at the Villa this year. The property was simply amazing. Finished to a very high standard and everything that we required was there. The views were amazing and the large overflow pool and jacuzzi entertained the kids for hours every day! This was a godsend! (Our 5 year old was in it so much he is now able to swim confidently above and under the water). The villa is perfectly located to visit the nearby Konos Beach, which is perfect for its clear waters and great for swimming/snorkeling. We will be looking to stay again the next time we can arrange a holiday for our family.

Many thanks for making your villa available to us. It's not often you find something that's better than the description, but this was one. Our kids lived in the pool and we very much enjoyed watching them from the shade of the sails. We really did have sun from dawn till dusk, and greatly enjoyed sitting on the balconies watching the sun go down with a G&T in hand. Can't wait to go again.

The villa was everything we hoped for and more. The rooms were all clean and spacious. The villa had all mod cons and we felt like it was home from home. The over flowing pool was amazing. Stephanie the agent was extremely helpful. We travelled to three different towns and five different beaches, including the cliffs at Cape Greco a short few minutes’ drive away from the villa. We also spent many days relaxing around the pool enjoying the outside BBQ. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend the villa. Thank you very much, we hope to visit again in the future.
