This villa is a 3 bedroom villa in Pernera, close to the new coastal boardwalk into Protaras. With a fantastic location you are only 3 minutes walk away from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beautiful beaches Pernera has to offer.
As you walk through the door it is immediately obvious how much attention to detail has been paid by the owners. The furnishings are stylish and the cool tones of the decor compliment the ultra modern look that they have gone for, perfectly. As with most villas in Cyprus, the open plan living area is spacious and bright. The sitting area has a large plasma TV, access to WiFi, a black leather sofa and chair, large stylish black glass table and 6 chairs. The patio doors lead out onto the pool area.
The spacious has an open plan design with modern deco and furnishings. The ground floor comprises of the lounge area with cosy sofas to sit and relax whilst watching your favourite programmes on TV. The modern kitchen with granite surfaces has all the facilities to cover your cookings needs. The kitchen also has a breakfast table with stools. On the side of the staircase, you will find the guest wc.
On the first floor there are three spacious and comfortable three bedrooms on the first floor which all share a full bathroom with a bath tub. The two bedrooms share a balcony for those lovely mediteranean sun morning
Outside there is a large crystal clear private deck lined pool with several sun loungers and parasol, so you can relax whilst soaking up the sun or enjoy a cocktail while the children play in the pool. Enjoy eating al fresco on the cool, modern outdoor furniture. The outside sink/preparation area makes preparing food for the gas BBQ, effortless, which means that you will probably spend countless hours here enjoying meals and entertaining guests in the Cypriot sunshine. This is a property guaranteed to help you remember a great holiday experience and make you want to come back.
