The ground floor of the house comprises of a lovely big family sitting room. It is decorated in relaxing neutral tones and is the perfect place to relax after a long day out exploring London. With two large comfortable sofas and a top of the range flat screen TV equipped with BT TV (satellite), you can kick back and enjoy a quiet evening in after a busy day.

To the rear of the house there's a bright and airy eat-in kitchen with glass doors opening out onto a patio garden that is a delightful sun trap. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with great work surface areas and all the equipment you'll need to rustle up a delicious meal. The dining table seats eight and pleasantly looks out onto the garden.

The patio garden is a great space for the kids to play in or equally for the whole family to dine alfresco in the summer sun. Upstairs on the first floor you'll find a spacious double bedroom. They each have a single bed with further pull out singles underneath each bed, and plenty of space to play in, along with lots of cupboard space to hang clothes. The room to the front of the house is particularly light and airy with lots of windows. There are sturdy white shutters to create privacy and ensure a good nights sleep.

The master bedroom is on the top floor. This room is really special with French doors opening up onto a private terrace which looks over the patio garden and South Park. The room like the rest of the house is light and airy.
