As you step inside the recently refurbished flat, a long corridor, with captivating art adorning the walls, leads to a light sitting area with its access to the garden. Elegantly furnished, it has carpeted floors, upholstered seating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. One of the sofas can be opened up to form a double bed but may be suited to children rather than adults.
The back doors allow vast amounts of sunlight to pour in, creating a very airy and open feel. Guests will love dining al fresco or simply sitting outside in the south-facing back garden which is stunning in the summer, lined with magnolia, mulberry and fig trees! It can be lit up at night creating an ambient setting for evening drinks! Just off the living area is a smart little dining table for four, perfectly placed by the adjoining kitchen. With pretty beech cabinets and green tiling, the country-style kitchen is compact yet well equipped with a breakfast bar, and fridge / freezer among other essential facilities.
Along the corridor is the master bedroom and the main bathroom which is well finished with a large bath and fixed overhead shower. The bedroom is tasteful and classically styled with framed art on the wall above the super-king bed, a wooden chest of drawers and matching bedside tables.
