LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN As you enter the flat you will find the spacious open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a sofa and a coffee table facing the TV and a table sitting up to 4 people, is nicely placed by the large window. The sofa pulls out and there is a double mattress to put on top, sleeping 2 people| The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utilities needed for a comfortable stay. The iron and ironing board are stored in the surplus storage space in the kitchen. BEDROOM This room offers a comfortable king sized bed, sleeping 2 people, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space| BATHROOM The bathroom is fitted with a WC, single wash basin and a combined bath tub and shower. The washer/dryer is located in this bathroom. House Rules: No smoking, pets and parties! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old| Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property will be used for a party Home truths: The central heating is switched off from early April - late September and switched on from early October until the end of March.
