Set in a quiet residential area with wonderful views of the sea, yet only minutes away from facilities, Casa das Neves is a very well appointed spacious and delightful villa, ideal for those seeking a tranquil secluded villa, and perfect for golfers as it is just below the Palheiro golf course.
The villa features a wonderful front terrace in front of the lounge and kitchen, with outdoor furniture for eating alfresco in the amenable Madeiran days and nights. The living room is very spacious and features a larger sitting area with flatscreen cable TV, and a second sofa next to the French doors for, ideal for a quiet read|
In addition to the outdoor table and chairs, there are two eating areas: the formal dining area in the living room and the breakfast table in the kitchen.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped and opens to a laundry room and to the side garden. A guest toilet completes the ground floor|
Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the Master bedroom which opens up to a balcony with sea-views, with en-suite bathroom and separate sitting area with a second cable TV,; a further double bedroom with balcony and sea-views and a twin-bedded bedroom. A family shower room is set opposite the bedrooms.
Outside, there is a small but well kept garden and a built-in barbecue, in addition to the secure parking inside the gates|
