The office is across the car park, directly opposite the Magnetic Island ferry terminal in Nelly Bay in the IGA building. 2/ Show Photo I.D. You will need photo I.D. to confirm your identity. 3/ Credit Card Security. A valid credit card is required at check-in for security and any additional charges during your stay. The cardholder will need to be present and sign the agreement. 4/ You're ready to go! We will provide you keys and guest information relevant to the property you are staying.
