A refundable utility deposit of USD 10 per day is payable upon checking in| INTERNET Wifi is complementary for home usage which includes surfing, email, social media only any excessive downloads and VPN usage will be charged based on the consumption. Data pack of 10 GB cost 10 USD OFFICIAL ID you will be required provide us with some ID of all guest staying in the apartment for security reasons. we will request this, closer to your arrival for us to issue the access card to apartment and clubhouse facility| INSTANT BOOKING. I normally do prefer for guests to send me a note regarding their plans prior to booking, but I understand that some guests need a place to stay at the last minute; that's why I've enabled "instant booking".
