The villa is designed by one of Marbella’s most famous architects, decorated fully to Feng-Shui principles, located in the best part of Marbella and has all the features and views one can desire for the perfect holiday. The garden is large and spacious and offers great views over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Marbella. There is a large infinity swimming pool from where you can enjoy the wonderful views whilst you go for a swim or are just cooling down| Furthermore there is a large covered bar area in Carribean style with a bar, outside dining area and Barbeque. This is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or bite after a dive in the pool. The rest of the garden is maturely designed with palm and fruit trees and great patches of grass making it a picture perfect place.

By the end of the garden there is a petanque court for those that appreciate a bit of competitiveness. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5,5 bathrooms and has a great sense of space. 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are spaciously designed and very nicely furnished.

One of the bedrooms also has a private lounge and kitchen area and is accessible from the outside. For those travelling with teenage children or staff this bedroom would suit perfectly. Furthermore the house is equipped with everything for the whole family to enjoy at all times! There is a professional spa area with a large jacuzzi, steam room and Finnish sauna.

Next to the spa there is a fitness area with professional machines as well as halters and stepping equipment for a good work out. Apart from that there is a great entertainment room with a bar, pool table and football table; The perfect place for a game at night. Also, there is a cinema room where you can enjoy a good movie if you prefer a lazy night.

The villa is located in the area La Cerquilla in the most luxurious district of Nueva Andalucia. Not only is this the best area in Nueva Andalucia, it is also still very close to all of Marbella’s prime features such as Puerto Banus, Marbella Old Town and Nueva Andalucia’s best restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs. The villa is gated and has an allround alarm system.

There is a private driveway with room for several cars and a parking garage for two cars. There is air conditioning throughout and also underfloor heating and International television.

You will be contacted by your responsible holiday contact person via WhatsApp or email in the week prior to your arrival in order to make the check-in arrangements. For reference, further contact details and the address can be found on the first page of the rental agreement.
