This two storey holiday house was purpose built in 2002 and recently repainted inside and out. On each floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are no internal stairs so access to bottom bedrooms is via external stairs off the deck.

There are two separate decks for outdoor living. Upstairs has a kitchen with a dishwasher. For your holiday experience there is a gas BBQ on the entertaining deck and a smart TV in the lounge room with Netflix, Foxtel and WiFi| The property has had recent additions with new Sleepmaker mattresses and pillows, a clothes dryer, sandwich maker and ceiling fans throughout.  Located in a lovely quiet location and an easy walk to the shops and beach. You are welcome to bring your pets with you to Anglesea.

Please note the yard is not fully fenced. For an extra cost : linen hire  (sheets, towels, pillow cases, tea towels, hand towels, bath mats) and extra cleaning for long term stays is available.  Rent is negotiable for bookings longer than four weeks|
