The apartment, endowed with a characteristic portico overlooking the sea, has within a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Externally the house has a parking space near the house, ornamental garden and beautiful equipped porch. The marina of San Gregorio is a little bay on the Ionian coast.

It has a small center with two restaurants, a handy little square facing the sea and the small bay, almost always protected from the wind, with calm and shallow sea.. ideal for children.

In the neighborhood you can find a supermarket, a newsagent and several bars. For all other services we recommend the center of Patù or Morciano or Torre Vado.
