Ideal for family holidays and couples. The villa is in a romantic, quiet setting and yet is only 5 mins drive from the beach and a few mins drive from Pollenca old Town.

The drive is shaded by trees and a flight of stone steps lead up to the front door through the lovely gardens of bourganvilla, hibiscus and other vibrant Mediterranean plants as well as two lily ponds full of goldfish. Accommodation is all on one level except for the third bedroom and bathroom, which is upstairs (and has magical views to the mountains as a result). The living room is cool and spacious with TV, satellite decoder and CD player.

The dining area is at one end of the living room next to the French windows that lead to the terrace, from where the views towards Pollença and the mountains are wonderful. The terrace runs the full length of the living room and is perfect for al fresco dining. There is an awning that can be lowered to provide shade during the day| The kitchen is a few steps up from the living room and is clean and modern with granite surfaces, fully fitted with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. To one side of the kitchen there is a small utility area with washing machine, additional shower and lavatory. Safety Notes: The terrace outside the living area, is set above ground and overlooking the gardens, has a low wall surround but no railings so care would need to be taken with young children| The swimming pool and lily ponds have low wall surrounds but are not fenced.
