About Holiday Villa 1963103 - Chania in Greece

Villa Daphne enjoys an outstanding position, just 3 minutes walk down a private path, through mature gardens, to the crystal clear sea. The villa’s design ensures privacy and stunning sea views that can be enjoyed by the residents from all interior and exterior areas.
A large, heated, salt-water swimming pool compliments the villa and the surrounding lush gardens filled with endemic plants, flowers and fruit trees lead to two shaded large pergolas, a stone BBQ and a private path to the sea|
The villa interior comprises of fully equipped kitchen and living room and one large en suite bedroom on the ground floor. Three more bedrooms, all en suite, are located on the first floor, each with their own large balcony. On the lower ground floor there is a sauna, hammam and steam/jet shower, a small gym and utility area, leading out to lawn gardens|
On this floor, the fifth bedroom is in an annex with independent entrance, comprising of one en suite bedroom, and a small kitchen and terrace with breakfast table and chairs.

How to arrive:
Driving from CHANIA AIRPORT to DAPHE & CHLOE Villas (LOUTRAKI, AKROTIRI, CHANIA) Exit the airport and follow the signs to Chania (turn right at the gates of the airport area, keep straight For about 500 mtrs, then turn left). Stay on this road for about 1km, until you will see a round-about. Slow down, and enter the round-about, turn left and follw signs to Sternes and Marathi. Keep straight, the first village you will meet is Sternes. Once in the village, look carefully for the sign to Marathi (road turns slightly to the right). Follow this road, after a while starts descending towards the sea. Follow the road to Marathi, and when you reach a steeply descending road (slow down) stop at the end (T junction) and cross the road, following the signs for Loutraki. Continue for 1 km and at the end of the tar road, before the beach, turn right up the hill. You will see the Loutraki taverna (on your left), after the taverna continue straight up the road and at the top before the right bend of the road, you will see a low stone wall with green gates. This is the main entrance to Daphne and Chloe villas. Daphne: is the first villa Chloe: continue down the drive and enter Chloe’s parking on your left.
