Luxury studio apartment in a new building in Surin beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located. An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk.The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area.

Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area. The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe.

In the balcony the studio has a washing machine. The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, microwave and kettle| Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels. There are 3 swimming pools, one on rooftop and two swimming pools around the building with sun beds, gym with AC and view. High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided by reception upon arrival.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules|  Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.  Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave| Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 600THB per time| Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Please inform us about your estimated arrival time in advance. The building name is "The Aristo". It's located across the street of The 6 Avenue condominium on Soi Surin Had Surin 6. The apartment is on the 5th floor. Number 516. The key for you will be at reception. Wifi is open and a pop up will request user and password. Both is your room number. Swimming pool and gym are located on the top floor. There are also 2 swimming pools on the 2nd floor.
