Enjoy outdoor living and dining from the huge rear deck atop the canopy, and prepare a meal using the outdoor kitchen. Direct access to Back Beach is via the track from the back yard. Downstairs comprises extensive living areas including separate lounge, family, dining, kitchen and designer bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped including adishwasher for easy entertaining. The lounge area includes a combustion wood heater for comfort through our light winters.
