About Holiday Villa 2190992 - Tambon Kammala in Thailand
This villa in the connecting road of Patong and Kamala offers a great set of amenities for all travellers, very close to the beach and very convenient. It can be rented together with its twin villa B and become a 4 bedroom!
From the patio you can see the elephants!
The villa is set all on one floor, with a open plan living area, modern Thai style furniture, impeccable white sofas, dining table and a large european style kitchen, ceiling fan and AC.
The living room overlooks the 20 feet pool and patio with seaview and sunbeds|
The master bedroom has a king size bed and views of the swimming pool as well as an ensuite large bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine.
The second bedroom has a twin beds and ensuite bathroom wth shower.
The terrace has a seating set for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ to prepare delicious Phuket grilled seafood|
Location is very convenient, only 4 minutes to Kamala and 10 minutes to Patong.
30 kw electric are included per day, excess will be charged 7 baht per kw. Water usage is 150 baht per cubic meter|
Cleaning during the stay is not included, price is THB 1200 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
How to arrive:
The house is inside "Nakatani". Across Thavorn village and above Kamala police check-point. Go in Nakatani, going up turn right on the first street. On the right side of the street after 2 houses you will see parking, it's our private parking. Go down a few steps and there is 2 houses. The one on the left side is Villa A, the one on the right is Villa B. There is a lock where you can put in a code that will be provided 24 hours before arrival. Please inform your arrival and departure time in advance for our cleaners to be ready.
