This 2 Bedroom apartment features a Balcony with an Ocean view. This suite includes 1 King + 1 Queen bed in the first bedroom,1 King + 1 Full beds in the 2nd bedroom (additionally, includes a Twin bed ) and a sofa bed in the living room. Tile and hardwood floors throughout, hypoallergenic, living room and dining area, flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, heating and air conditioning, seating area, dressing room, sofa, wardrobe/closet, fold-up bed, cleaning products, clothes rack and an extra stocked linen closet, packed with extra towels, blankets and an iron / ironing board.

2 Full 4-piece bathrooms include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels. Fully equipped Kitchen includes full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, also - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home! *** The room occupancy is only allowed the maximum of 6 adults only or 6 adults plus 1 child below 3 yrs old (for free).

Any party exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be decline from the front desk. - Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50.

Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day. -RESORT FEE: There will be a $40 fee per reservation which will include 2 fobs. Additional fobs will be a $10 (ten) fee each (optional)| All guests will be provided with a wristband and must wear at all times, in order to use all the amenities. Pickup service:

Please contact our property manager at least 1 day prior to your arrival with the approximate time of your arrival to the property. You may call or text him at 305-563-6644. You may also reach our reservations department via text or phone from 8am-Midnight, 7 days a week at 786-520-2444. Our condo hotels provide room keys after the 4pm checkin time at the front desk but our condo units require an in-person checkin but also have the ability to be provided at times a code for you to enter.
