About Holiday Villa 2462809 - Dubrovnik in Croatia
This is a completely renovated stone made Villa with a private pool offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, living room, 2 terraces and a garden. Property enjoys Central location in Dubrovnik, just in the middle of the three most important areas in the city, Lapad, Gruz and Old Town and each of them is unique and worth discovering.
The villa spreads on two floors which are connected via internal staircase.
The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen with a dining table and living room area, a full bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and private en-suite bathroom with a shower. From the living room there is a door that opens onto a terrace furnished with an outside dining table behind the villa. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with king size beds (180 x 200 cm), two of them have private en-suite bathrooms with shower.
All the bedrooms offer garden and pool view. The spacious front terrace offers a small garden with olive trees and bitter oranges. The area also offers a BBQ area with lounge seats, a sun deck and private swimming pool| For guests traveling by car, a free parking place for one vehicle is secured in the nearby public garage which is located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Villa. Amenities include:Â AC (all rooms), 4 full bathrooms with floor heating (of which 3 en-suite bathrooms) , LED SAT TV (all rooms and living room), hi-fi, wireless Internet access, full kitchen with coffee maker, smoothie maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, fridge/freezer,), washing machine, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, two separate terraces - one with dining table and second with lounge set, pool with loungers, BBQ, parking space. The property is located at the curve of the Gruz Bay, only a few minutes walking distance from the Gruz green and fish market (about 15 minutes walking).
The nearest grocery store is just 1 minute walking from the lovely property. There is a bus stop with frequent a line to the Old Town or the Lapad area which is located less than 100 meters from the Villa. The walking distance to Old Town is approximately 30 minutes.
Lapad Snset beach and promenade with many lively cafes is about 15 minutes walking from the property. For those who like to stay active during their vacation, there is a small fitness park by the sea located just 50 meters from the house. Villa Hedera IV sleeps 8 guests| NOTE: The outdoor pool is not heated so it will be closed from November 1st until March 31st. *In respond to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us.
In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

How to arrive:
The check in takes place at Hedera Estate reception at the address Ivana Matijaševića 14, Dubrovnik, where you need to come first to collect the keys, register and get some useful information. The check in time is from 5 pm. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before that time and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you and drive you there free of charge.
