The Urban District Apartments - Nolo is a new property decorated with attention to the details and well featured. This Urban District Apartment offers you a new and cozy space on two floors. It comes with all features you need such as TV, WiFi, closet and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air dryer.

Towels, Bath amenities and Bed Linen are provided. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchens equipment have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.

2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.

3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property. 4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone| LOCATION: This apartment is very well located and connected to all main attractions and city center, walking distance from subway station Pasteur (red line 1). How to arrive:

OPTION 1: SELF-VIRTUAL CHECK-IN "Avoid extra charges & waiting time" Note: Please inform expected arrival time min. 48h in advance at: [email protected] To improve our Guest’s service, we have implemented and included in your reservation the use of SELF CHECK-IN. You will not need to wait anymore for keys’ handover at check-in, saving free time and money. 1) Few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the instructions. Our partner is VIKEY 2) Please make sure to follow the instructions, do the SELF CHECK-IN and set pending payments, at latest 48 hours before your arrival 3) ALL guests have to be registered. 4) Your smart phone will become the Key to access the apartment and get all needed information about the property. 5) Go Directly to the Apartment. Starting from 15:00 your Electronical Key is working. OPTION 2: PERSONAL CHECK-IN @Office/Reception Address "Extra charges might be applied" / Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm (weekends and local bank holiday excluded) Note: Please request your Personal Check-in & Provide expected arrival time min. 48h in advance at: [email protected] Arrival time has to be re-confirmed min.60 minutes before arrival at office. 1. Please note that ALL guests have to be registered. 3. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land. 4. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided). 5. If Rent Balance is paid by Credit Card, 1,5% extra charges might be applied (3% for AMEX) 6. Standard Personal Check IN is from 15:00 to 19:00 (Mon-Fri): 20 Euros. Late Check IN (from 19:00 to 22:00) has an extra charge of 40 Euros. Night Check-In (from 22:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 60 Euros. NO Personal Check-in after 00:30. Not even in the event of delays or unexpected events. 7. Standard Check OUT is max at 10:30am. Late Check Out (max. at 12:30pm) has a Charge of 40 Euros (to be agreed and confirmed in advance). Late Check-Out (after 12:30pm) as a charge of 1 extra night. 8. Security Deposit is only taken by Credit Card before arrival. It will be refunded after departure, unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise,...). NO CASH accepted. 9. Tourist Tax, if applicable, will also charged in advance. Milano City Tourist Tax is 3.00 Euros / Adult (+18Y) / Night (up to a maximum of 14 nights).
