Light and cozy studio on the street La Sal 25, in a 10 minute walk from sandy beaches Playa del Cura and Playa de Los Locos and promenade, it is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building with two elevators with the communal swimming pool. The studio can comfortably accommodate 3 people: it is supplied with one double bed and single chair-bed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to feel like at home: there is air conditioning cold/heat, 32-inch flat-screen TV, free WiFi, washing machine, ceramic hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board| In urbanization there is a communal pool, open to the public all year. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
