The apartment with 1 bedroom can comfortably accommodate 3 people: it is supplied with one double bed and double sofa-bed in the living room. Your future apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to feel like at home: a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV in the living room, free WiFi, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board| Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. The car can be also parked in a private parking space at the private garage, it costs 10€/day| A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
