Beautiful holiday apartment with communal pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. INTERIOR: This beautiful apartment consists of a spacious living room with DTT / SAT TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace . An independent kitchen with ceramic hob.

One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with shower en suite. One bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with bathtub. EXTERIOR: A pleasant outdoor area with communal pool, metal stairs and outdoor shower.

There is a parking space for one vehicle. LOCATION: The apartment is located in a privileged area given the proximity to the beach and all services. It is located just 450 m from the sandy beach (Playa de la Fossa), restaurants and supermarkets and 2|1 km from the center of Calpe. OBSERVATIONS: There is no internet. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement|
