Relax and unwind or use this apartment as the place to stay while visiting the Fraser Coast Tourism attractions. Enjoy the close by bars and restaurants or stay in and cook for yourself with the self-contained kitchen and have a Free bottle of wine on us while enjoying great balcony views|
The Space:
The kitchen has all the utensils you need to stay in and cook, we have air-conditioning and a laundry with washer machine and drier. There is WIFI and Foxtel for your enjoyment!!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is walking distance to the iconic Urangan pier, close to the Bayswater Hotel, Salt Café, The Vinyard Restaurant and other cafes. It is a short drive to Kondari Hotel, Hervey Bay Boat Club, Marina, Whale watching, access to Fraser Island and many more local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
Woolworths 5 min drive to Urangan Central, on a bus rout that travels to most major facilities in town, Minutes’ walk to Salt Café an ideal place for Breakfast and lunch, walking distance to Bayswater hotel for meals with an ocean view, Walking distance to Vineyard Restaurant an amazing choice to wine and dine with ocean views.
House Rules:
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8 am, when using pool you must be obeying rules outlined on entrance to pool and any signs inside the fenced area including hours of use. There are strict rules of No Parties, No Pets and No Smoking.
If the apartment smells of smoke additional cleaning costs will occur. Failure to comply with house rules may result in further actions and additional costs!! Using Car park under building, Please do not enter car park until Garage Door is fully open!! Make sure the height of the vehicle is less than the indicated height on the entrance to the building/ car park!! Any incident or damage to property while in a common area or in the apartment must be reported to the host straight away. Correct contact details including insurance details and drivers details must be provided in the event an incident occurs|

How to arrive:
Although the apartment is located on the Esplanade the main access to the building is easiest from Hibiscus street, It is the only Highrise building on hibiscus street that has large street access, It is easier to park in the underground car park with the access is on the northern side of the resort ground floor. From here you can access the lift and secure parking.
