Beautiful Bungalow with communal pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on two floors.Â
INTERIOR: This house is accessed to the MAIN FLOOR from the parking level. We find a spacious living room with beautiful views of the sea and Calpe; It is tastefully furnished with SAT TV and exit to the balcony.
A separate kitchen with hob and dishwasher. A nice bedroom with double bed. One bathroom with shower.
In the GROUND FLOOR which is accessed by internal stairs, we will find a studio with sofas, fridge, washing machine and table. One bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub.
And finally a bedroom with a double bed. From this floor you access the garden and the communal pool. EXTERIOR: Plot with a lawn area, terrace and portable barbecue as well as terrace furniture.
The plot is completely closed. A few meters from the bungalow is the communal pool, a large one for adults and a small one for children. There is a track to play soccer for those who want to play sports.
