Ayia Thekla Seaside Villa is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa located only 100 metres from crystal clear Mediterranean Sea, in the quiet residential area of Ayia Thekla. Lively Ayia Napa is an 8 minute drive away, where you will find unlimited restaurants, bars, nightlife and Nissi Beach. The villa has an open plan lounge with Satellite TV (Sky channels) with HDMI input, DVD player, CD/MP3/Radio player and wireless internet connection for your entertainment.

Patio doors lead to the terrace where you can find the private swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an open plan dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The modern style dining table, gives a glamorous and relaxing sensational feeling, promising family and or romantic dinners! There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for a comfortable stay. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes; one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, which can be made up as a double bed and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has a balcony with table and four chairs and views over the private swimming pool and partial views of the sea.

There is a foldaway travel bed as the property and a baby cot and high chair can be provided when requested at the time of booking. Outside there is a large patio area with table and chairs for al fresco dining, a private swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m, 4 sun loungers for relaxing by the pool, outside shower and traditional brick built Cypriot BBQ. Upon entering the villa gives you a surreal feeling of Holiday and relaxation.

The crystal clear sky and the serene surroundings of nature itself, provide you with all the ingredients to make your holiday an unforgettable one. This combination is your guarantee to a luxurious summer holiday. A small supermarket is located within a 5 minute walk from the villa with a larger supermarket being located within a 5 minute drive of the villa.

The main beach is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands located within a 15 minute walk of the villa. This is a more off the beaten track beach for those looking to get away from the main tourist beaches. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetriou the Rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot.

Ayia Thekla beach is generally a quiet beach but gets busier during peak season and national holidays when many of the nearby holiday villas are occupied with visitors. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required to be paid 7 days before arrival by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property|
