Maple Syrup Time
Traditionally, in early March, residents of the province of
Quebec await an important and beloved holiday-the Maple Syrup Festival. It is
not surprising, in the country of the Maple Leaf there must of course be such a
holiday.
Why do Canadians like maple syrup?
It's very simple: before, it simply replaced sugar, and then
it became popular because of its beneficial properties. And the properties of
maple syrup are unique, not by chance it is called "golden nectar".
