If you are looking for luxury and

luscious green plants and tall palm trees that surround the villa. The villa
itself is quite simply striking with its modern, chic look you will be amazed;
this villa has the whole package and more!!
Being located in the beautiful area
of Cape Greko it has the beauty of feeling secret and private but is still a
short distance to the gorgeous Konnos bay beach and just a 2 minute drive from
Central Protaras.
The gardens are just the start to
the outside space this villa has to offer. One of the best features is
the large overflow pool and not to mention the star of the show an outdoor
Jacuzzi. There is plenty of room to soak up the rays and splash round in the
water. The large outside table, lounge, BBQ and kitchen area allows for
everyone to dine, relax and catch up together in beautiful morning sun or enjoy
the evening sun sets that Cyprus has to offer.
When you step inside you will find
out the magic doesn't stop there. The
villa itself has 3 levels. The first level is the basement, which is accessible
from externally and internally boasts a luxury Sauna with shower, a private Gym
with modern equipment, a w.c and a Table Tennis area making this a perfect area
for fun, relaxation and exercise for everyone.
The ground floor of the villa offers
a tropical style and a feel of top quality modern decorations. Here there is
an open plan fully equipped kitchen,
dining area and spacious living room. The white furnishings
and colorful accessories throughout the downstairs creates a bright,
fresh and contemporary feel. Open the two large patio doors sit back
relax on large comfy sofa while looking out at the tranquil and peaceful pool
area. You really can bring the outdoors inside here, creating an even
more open plan and social environment. For your entertainment there is a
flat screen TV with international channels.The ground floor also offers the
convenience of having a W.C located here.
The bright, clean, contemporary
atmosphere continues upstairs in the 4 bedrooms. There are 3 double
bedrooms and 1 twin room. Each room is finished perfectly with feature
walls or bright and themed accessories
Two of the double bedrooms have the
added of patio doors that lead onto a private balcony, the ideal place to sit
back, relax in your own space away from everything. The master bedroom is
also complete with an en-suite shower room. There are is also a comfortable
family bathroom.
