HOME HIGHLIGHTS • Great location • Beautiful interiors • Parking ROOMS From the front door you step into a large, tastefully decorated living area, with wooden floors and glass patio doors which flood the room with natural light. The elegant wood furnishings adorned with bone china ornaments and intricately detailed rugs give the property a sense of the traditional. THE LIVING ROOM A large and spacious room with a variety of seating options, a stocked bookshelf, coffee table, flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, DVD and audio player| THE KITCHEN With white corian worktops and built-in appliances, you’ll find everything you need. There is also a substantial table to seat six guests. THE GARDEN The private rear garden is laid to lawn and is much bigger than your average London backyard, with an electric canopy| THE UTILITY ROOM There is a downstairs cloakroom for convenience and utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. THE SINGLE ROOM The first bedroom is a pretty single room with bedside table and chair. THE DOUBLE ROOM The double bed is flanked by two bedside tables - each side with its own reading light - and a beautiful old dresser with mirror also occupies this room.

THE SHOWER ROOM Clean and bright with fresh white tiles, shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. THE MASTER BEDROOM Complete with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and rail space for guests and a chest of drawers. THE BATHROOM Benefits from a separate bath and shower cubicle as well as basin, toilet, bidet and heated towel rails| House Rules: No pets, parties or smoking please.
