The villa is perched on rocks over the ocean, with an infinity swimming pool surrounded by a large garden and two relaxing areas, one is a covered patio, the other an open wooden deck with two loungers for sun tanning. On this lower level 2 bedrooms are set with king size beds, en suite bathroom with hot water shower and stunning seaviews. On the upper floor the master bedroom has also a large bathtub and private balcony| The dining and living area have another open balcony, imported quality decoration & furniture set the mood for the perfect sunsets. A simple bar style kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink is set for guests. The kitchen is set in the staff area as we have a maid and private chef| Cape Kata is the perfect get away from the real world – a step back in time to an enchanted villa. Cape Kata gives all our guests a sense of discovery of something hidden and adventurous right over the deep blue ocean. The price includes daily housekeeping and chef service.

The cook will prepare breakfast and lunch or dinner (your choice). Cost of food will be paid to the cook with a grocery surcharge fee of 20%, if you choose to do your own groceries a fee of THB 300 will be applied. This is a traditional style tropical villa on a stunning location.

The value we are offering is unmatched on the island. We are not, however, an ultra modern villa. Swimming from the rocks is not recommended. For fine dining, try our neighbour - Kata Rocks| Important information: the villa is on a prime location, on ocean rocks, the sea splashes up into our garden. It is a quiet villa on a prime location, for this to be possible our villa is 130 steps down from the parking space. A contract will be send for signature after a booking is made.

There is no cable service. Electric usage, water and cleaning are included. Late check in is available on request free of charge! Please note: This property is for sale and we might show the unit during the stay (it would be less than 10 minutes)
