The entrance to this home is on the lower ground floor. Upon entering the home, there is a hallway, which leads through to the bedrooms. The kitchen and living areas are upstairs on the first floor.

LIVING & DINING ROOM The dining area is a relaxing space, with neutral décor. There is a wooden table and chairs, with surrounding mirrors and artwork. The living room has a large bay window, adorned in white shutters.

There is a fireplace, television, two sofas and an armchair for seating. KITCHEN The kitchen is light and airy, with grey fittings and slate grey floor tiling. The kitchen includes a Belfast sink and all the amenities you will need during your stay.

There is underfloor heating in the kitchen as well. This space enjoys lots of light from a glass ceiling and windows, with views to the garden. FIRST BEDROOM On the lower ground floor, is the first bedroom.

This room includes a double bed, with bedside tables either side. In the bay window is a window seat and there is a television opposite the bed. Large wardrobes provide storage, with the en suite on the right-hand side of these.

EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin, in sleek tiling. KITCHENETTE Outside the first bedroom, there is a small kitchen area with a hob, sink, fridge and a microwave. BATHROOM The main bathroom has sleek grey and white tiling, with a bath, shower, WC and basin| NURSERY This bedroom is a nursery, with a baby cot, armchair and changing table. There are also doors out to the garden outside. On request, the sofa bed can be moved into the nursery, sleeping an additional 2 people.

MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and artwork on the walls. There are views to the garden from the window and there are French doors for access. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin| GARDEN There are slate steps up to the garden- a courtyard space with outdoor seating and surrounding plants and trees. A great space to relax, surrounded by palm trees. House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties!
