Great holiday home in quiet Kamala with private pool, garden with mountain view and outdoor furniture. 24 hour security guard and 2 floors with 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor the living room has a large TV with international movies and comfortable sofas.
Kitchen has cutlery, crockery and all appliances including a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, cooking hob and dining table. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a patio with a washing machine On the second floor the master bedroom has large windows to look at the Kamala hills, master bedroom has a large TV and ensuite bathroom with separate walk in shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
All rooms have ACs and windows. Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included| Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge|

How to arrive:
The house is inside "AP West" in Kamala on "Soi Bell". The nearest hotel is "The Bell pool villa resort", only 50 meters from our entrance. Key will be left in a key box by the front door. We'll provide code 24 hours before check in, please inform in advance your arrival time.
