The security is 24 hours with secured parking for cars & motorbikes. It is recommended to rent a car or motorbike to get around the area quickly (7/11, Tesco lotus, message shops, etc.) All roads in this area are slow moving traffic and safe| LAYOUT On the ground floor the Kitchen is fully equipped. The ground floor also has one bedroom with a queen bed and a patio with a washing machine. The living room has sofa with a large TV| On the second floor the master bedroom has large windows to look at the Kamala hills, master bedroom has a large TV and ensuite bathroom with separate walk in shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The entire villa has air conditioning throughout| Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning.

The property is approximately 10-15 minutes to Patong west side of Phuket island, in close proximity to Phuket’s finest restaurants, beaches and located just few minutes from the white sandy beach of Kamala. Kamala Beach - A short 3 min ride away, this beach has restaurants, bars, and the famous Cafe Del Mar club! Surin Beach - Crystal clear waters which are perfect for swimming. The house is inside "AP West" in Kamala on "Soi Bell". The nearest hotel is "The Bell pool villa resort", only 50 meters from our entrance. Key will be left in a key box by the front door. We'll provide code 24 hours before check in, please inform in advance your arrival time.
