A balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi are provided in each apartment. Facilities, such as dry cleaning and vending machines, are located in the building at this property but not inside the condo itself| Please note that there will be a $40 one time resort fee payable at the front desk. Any party exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be decline from the front desk. - Check in time is ONLY from 4pm to 10pm. Late check-ins will have to pay $50.

Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the frontdesk on the following day.Check-out time is 11:00AM. -RESORT FEE: There will be a $40 fee per reservation which will include 2 fobs| Additional fobs will be a $10 (ten) fee each (optional). Please contact our property manager at least 1 day prior to your arrival with the approximate time of your arrival to the property. You may call or text him at 305-563-6644. You may also reach our reservations department via text or phone from 8am-Midnight, 7 days a week at 786-520-2444. Our condo hotels provide room keys after the 4pm checkin time at the front desk but our condo units require an in-person checkin but also have the ability to be provided at times a code for you to enter.
