There are two bedrooms with two single beds each and one of them with air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. One bedroom with three single beds and finally there are two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. EXTERIOR: Nice 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower, surrounded by grass, ideal for enjoying the sun.
There is a built-in barbecue on the covered terrace and parking for two vehicles on the same plot. LOCATION: This villa has an ideal location, for a relaxing holiday, given the tranquility of the area. It is 1|3 km from the nearest supermarket and 1.8 km from the sandy beach as well as restaurants. The center of Calpe is 3|4 km away. OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi.
